Three Toed "Dogman" Footprints Found on Lake Shore

On March 28th, 2015 I found a three toed foot print on the lake shore of my research area. I have been tracking a three toed dogman for about two years now in this area. Though I am not 100% sure, I think this is its print.

The creature is very intelligent. It walked along the shore in the gravel thick sediment. It did not walk in the clean areas. I found approximately four foot falls, but this was the clearest print.

Print close up, the print was approximately 5 inches wide and 7 inches long.

Below is the print found in February of 2014 300 yards from the location of the above prints. The dimensions of the prints are the same.

The Dog Men of History

Has the creature we know as the “Dog Man” existed throughout history? I read a sort article on this subject and it inspired me to do a little digging. It does not take long before Google searches began yielding a great deal of both information and paintings/drawings.

The “dog man” of old was known in many cultures as the Cynoce
phali. Cynocephali is from the creek meaning “dog-head”.  Cultures from Egypt, Africa, India, China, Europe and England have legends of the men with dog heads.

Complete dog man civilizations may have existed in the distance past. The “Marmaritae” tribe reported lived in Cyrenaica which is located in North Africa.

In North America the Native Americans have the legend of the “Skin Walkers”. These are individuals that had the ability to shape shift and they often took the form of a wolf that was bi-pedal. Also in the Louisiana swamps you have the legend of the Loup Garou aka  rougaro.

The dog man I have inadvertently captured on video and are reported in many eye witness account bare an eerie resemblance to these “dog-headed” men. Are these modern day dog men the descendants of these ancient Cynocephali?

Below is just a collage of just some of the drawings of paintings from antiquity.

Dogman or Pareidolia?

On my first ever expedition I capture this video. I thought it was a lights and shadows making what looked like a face. When I looked at it closer I noticed that the "shadow" moved. I also noticed that the subject maintained it's integrity even though I changed my location and my filming angle. A optical illusion of a face would disappear if I moved my location or angle of filming.

If it is not a shadow then what is it? A Dogman? Something else?

Dogman Encounter - Enhancement #1

I have acquired some new software that allows me to stabilize the dogman videos. This video shows just the dogman that is standing on a few feet behind me. I was unaware that the creature was standing this close behind me. I captured the video using a "back trail" camera mounted on my shoulder filming behind me.

The Beast Are Back (Dogmen Return to Bigfoot Research Area)

In early February of this year (2014) while doing Bigfoot research I ran into a Squirrel Hunter that told me he found a rare "bear footprint". The are where he found the print was the same area I had both my Dogman sightings in previous years. I found the so called "bear track" and sure enough my fears were confirmed, they are back!

Below is the 3 toe print I found February 1st

A couple weeks later in the same general area I find more 3 toe Dogman tracks. On February 16th below is one of the better tracks I found.

The track is approximately eight inches long and four inches wide. Note it only has three toes and an elongated foot pad. This is much longer than a wolf or dog, not to mention canines have four toes.

Below is the print is outlined.

It is clear they are back, or at least one of them is back. He is in the same area where I had the two encounters in previous years. The question now is will I see them again? Last time they got up close and personal with me. Both times within feet. The second encounter I made eye contact with one and it was not a pleasant experience.

I continue to go armed as small game season is still open. Will I encounter them? Only time will tell, I have found no unusual predation of deer or other animals but only time will tell. I will keep you informed of there activity as the Spring progresses.

Above is a comparison of the two three toed prints found two weeks apart.

Witness Describes Dogman Encounter - Looks Similar to my Dogman Encounter

This gentlemen makes an excellent report. Please notice when describing the snout and nose he comments it was flat on the end. The Dogman I captured on video had a similar nose. This now makes the second independent collaboration of my video from eye witnesses.

Shelley Rockwell-Martin commented: "Wow! I just watched Scott's encounter again........that's the closest to what we saw that I've seen yet....all but ear placement on the head."

Below is a still capture from the video showing the nose of the Dogman.

Below is a sketch of what the Dogman may look like based on components of still captures from my video.

Below is the interview from Dave the eye witness:
