Since Dr Ketchum says the DNA is half human and half something similar to a lemur, perhaps the dogman is the same species as bigfoot with the unknown half of the DNA dominating the appearance. I realize that you are fearful of the dogman creatures, but are there any supposed instances of attacks on humans?
How tall would you say the dogman was?
Approximately Six Feet...
7-9 feet tall and weight 200-800 pounds. Ive heard this on youtube dogman encounters.
Be careful out there, Scott. The attack will come from behind you. It will be ambush-style and incredibly sudden. This creature will go immediately for your throat so I would suggest some leather collaring protection there worn at all times.Holstering a second gun on your weak side ankle is a good idea, too, since an attack will likely knock you to the ground where you now have the option to draw from your leg while in a fetal or near-fetal position. I would practice this at home with a 200 lb friend (make sure the gun isn't loaded!)This is not a Squatch; it will never acclimate to your presence nor will it opt to tolerate your successive visits. You are food to it. What has likely saved you so far is 1) a momma had her baby with her, and 2) your physical size is substantial enough to provoke some caution and deliberation. I wouldn't count on the latter to save you forever.
I'm beginning to wonder if these dogmen are preventing bigfoot attacks/kidnappings. They usually scare the daylights out of people-and that's it.
I think you are mistaken about the ear. That looks like a six inch long horn rising from the center back of its head. It appears offset to the left because its head was turned at an angle to you. Based on the brow ridges and apparent lack of fur, that thing looks reptilian to me. The three toed tracks you found are identical to fossil velociraptor tracks. Man, you came two seconds from becoming lunch.
Similar rear-facing horns were found on the heads of some pterosaurs.
